A non-refundable deposit of $30 (per appointment)
is required at time of booking.
24 hours prior to an appointment, the payment balance is due in full and non-refundable as
to confirm the appointment.
A booking may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If the company cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be applied to your account.
THE COMPANY WILL PROCESS PAYMENTS WHEN THE REQUESTED BALANCE DUE IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE REQUIRED DATE AND TIME.
Life complications sometimes lead to late arrival. However, as courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will not receive a credit for loss of time.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted for online bookings only. Cash and checks are accepted in-office for future appointments only.
As a courtesy to our guests, mobile devices must be turned off or silenced.
